Romsey Sub-Aqua Club Awards
Introduction

Each year RomseySAC presents awards to three people. We have an Ocean Diver Award; a Sports Diver Award; and a Diver of the Year. All of these categories are voted on by the whole membership at the AGM held in October. The winners are then announced at our Annual Dinner in the following January.
In the Ocean and Sports Diver of the year, there is no set criteria to win an award, it could be someone of that grade has excelled at pushing themselves through training, or have done other noteworthy activities that the membership thought worthwhile.
The Diver of the Year award is the most prestigious award within the club and the categories are open to everyone, divers and non-divers. This is for recognition that a certain individual has progressed the club forward, by consist ant endeavours throughout the year.
